shipping info

All shipped items come with tracking that will be e-mailed after purchase. I input all the shipping costs manually, so if you would like to request cheaper, untracked shipping or Express I will happily create a new shipping cost for you promptly. Click here to request different shipping.

All items are shipped out very quickly unless otherwise specified, usually items are shipped next day. All dates are estimated by Canada Post, once they are dropped off at the post office it is out of my control. Please pay attention when selecting shipping to ensure they get to you within your timeline. If you have any issues receiving your package, please reach out and I will do everything I can to help.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please make note of which shipping option you are choosing. Standard tracked shipping includes $100 insurance. If you would like to cover the cost of the whole piece, please contact me before purchase so i can help get you the proper shipping.
**Please note that shipping will be updated and added to often to ensure you get as many options and deals as possible. As this site progress, so will the shipping options.

Do you take returns/refunds?

I do take returns on a case by case basis. If there is anything wrong with your order please contact me and I will do everything in my power to clear things up. I do not take returns for wrong ring sizes, please refer to bottom of the page for ring sizing info. All sales on custom orders are final. For returns or refunds you will need to ship the piece back to me, shipping costs are at buyers expense.

do you take custom orders?

Currently I take custom orders on a case by case basis. I usually allow up to 5 spots available at a time, depending on how in depth and detailed the pieces are. Once those spots are full I do not take any custom orders until those orders are fulfilled. I do not take custom orders while working on a large collection. I have the right to deny custom orders if I feel your request is out of my scope or not in line with my style. How do I make a custom order?

When wanting to place a custom order, please visit my Customs Order page by clicking here. There you will find all the info needed to send me your request. how do I figure out my ring size?

The most effective and sure way is to get your finger sized. A great and free way to do this is by going into any jewellery store and asking them to size your finger for you. Another great and affordable way is to order a ring sizer online. They cost between $3-$7 CAD and are very accessible through Etsy or Amazon. They will also be available in my shop in June, 2022. **Please note that different ring sizers can slightly vary. Ring band width can also affect sizing, so please read the description of the listing for info on the ring band width.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! All items come gift wrapped in a small pendant or ring box. All packaging is plastic free and recyclable. If you would like to include a gift note, you can contact me here after purchase.
